christine refers to communion with Christ.
but this little body and mind is not hindu and is not christian.
this little body and mind is transient - changing moment to moment as relations change here in the relative world that we live in.
i do my best - this little mind - to live with as much awareness as possible.  and when i do - i am filled with a feeling that is described as love, gratitude, empathy… 
the world is complicated - and our minds are complicated and we seem to be so attached to what we think is “me”… so there is this balance - of expressing “me” - knowing that this “me” is simply part of an everchanging dance of energetic form and emptiness… nothing stays the same…  not this “me” and not this “you”.
this little blog i just started recently give you a sense of “where i am” in my internal world anyway.
